A secure border, a stronger economy, and folks who are focused on family.”Nunn’s challenger, Lanon Baccam, rallied campaign volunteers in Des Moines Sunday before they went out and knocked on the doors of voters.He spoke about the signing of a women’s health protection act being a day one priority for him if he gets elected.”The reality is we’ve got to win this seat and stop the national abortion ban from being passed, because that’s exactly the way we’re going to codify Roe and give women their rights back,” Baccam said. “And we hear about it like everywhere we go in Iowa…this is a top, top issue for Iowans.”KCCI to host 3rd District U.S. Congressional debateKCCI continues its tradition of hosting forums for state, congressional, and local elections with a live debate between Rep.
